He has been instrumental in Business Development in several countries like Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia. In the year 2022 he joined “AICA LAMINATES INDIA PVT LTD.” in India as Managing Director.

Mr. Masaki Kurasawa has 15 years of experience in the Aica Group. He belonged to the Technical and R&D department in Japan Aica for the first 10 Years. In the year 2018 he joined “AICA LAMINATES INDIA PVT LTD.” as Director -Technical, R&D. He has an experience of over 4 years.
Mr. Pronab Basak Director and C.O.O
Mr. Pronab Basak is a Mechanical Engineer with Post Graduation in Business Management. He is having a vast experience in Sales & Marketing/ Business Development / Project Management - in Engineering Industries (Boilers, Water treatment, Air-conditioning etc.). He is associated with Building Material Industries since last 10 years and joined Aica Laminates India Private Limited in year 2017.
Mr. Satoshi Fujiura

Mr. Satoshi Fujiura has started business management career from May 2022 as General Manager for Overseas Planning Dept. in Japan. He used to be MD of “AICA LAMINATES INDIA PVT LTD.” in India. Therefore, he is familiar with this company and has been supporting ALIP’s business expansion.

Mr. Akiyoshi Kaido started his business management career from 2020 as General Manager for Overseas Marketing Group in Japan. He was assigned as President of PT. AICA Indonesia and Vice President of AICA ASIA LAMINATE HOLDING in the year 2021 and has been supporting business expansion of ALIP.
